Event Manager

Our international company with homebase in Los Angeles, California presently expending is looking for an International Event Manager Planner and Coordinator to create and coordinate events for Elite Singles at world’s best luxury resorts, in various locations, such as Bahamas, Jamaica, Cancun, Costa Rica, Mallorca, Malaga and other exciting destinations.

Duties and Qualifications

Event planner should develop, plan, and execute a variety of both internal and external events, oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including identifying and working with a variety of external venues/facilities, negotiating county and interacting with vendors, and maintaining and managing event budgets. Event planner should manage all logistics on-site, which leads to work long and non-traditional hours.

Event planner generally have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in hospitality management, but we would consider the right person with lower degree.

Additionally, the best event planner should have strong organizational, budgeting, and time management skills and great verbal and written communication skills.
