Customer Support Manager

Who we are looking for:

Our WordPress development company is looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist for a full-time job. You will provide technical support to Estatik’s customers.

You’d become a perfect fit if you have:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• B2 — C1 level of English (writing and speaking skills)
• Possess strong communicative and analytical skills
• Able to quickly learn the software and applications

Would be a plus:

• Thorough understanding of WordPress CMS (training will be provided)
• Experienced in Jira
• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate the US market
• Understanding of FTP, cPanel, File Manager.
• Prior experience in Customer Support service

Your responsibilities might include:

• Correspondence with customers via email and company’s support area (tickets system)
• Answering customers via online chats and social media channels
• Prioritize daily tickets and manage critical escalations
• Informing status or tickets resolution to clients
• Collaboration with company developers (figuring out issues, fixing bugs, etc.)
• Collaboration with company designer (working on marketing campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
• Submitting, filing, and testing bug reports
