Obre is a well-known nationwide property management company that provides rental services

agencies with fast and reliable real estate repairs and excellent customer service

real estate managers and their tenants.

We are currently recruiting full-time telesales specialists for our team in the city center of Lviv.

Previous experience in sales is important and mandatory for this position.

The successful candidate will be energetic, dedicated and have an established skill set to find and close new business.

Key requirements for the role:

• Identification of new potential opportunities in the field of rental agencies.
• Outbound calls to potential business clients (Rental agencies)
• Follow up with customers

• Track sales calls, conversations and leave detailed notes
• Successful closing of new deals and establishing relations with clients
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Contribution to the development of the database of potential customers and marketing campaigns is required.

The ideal candidate:

• Proactive, persistent, with a «what it takes to succeed» attitude.
• Do not be afraid of refusals, refutations and consideration of objections.

• Thrives in a dynamic and competitive environment.
