What We Are Looking For:
- Work experience in related fields / no work experience but willing to learn;
- High level of English language proficiency;
- Experience of working in the online gaming and sports betting industry would be an advantage.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to solve the problems independently;
- High level of responsibility;
- Great attention to details and logical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in time;
- Collect customer feedback and report to the team;
- Create reports on issues and tasks, monitor their implementation;
- Provide solutions/ideas to improve the platform;
- Regularly update and improve your product knowledge.
