We are looking for an experienced Remote Crew Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in crewing or the maritime industry
• Higher education
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business correspondence
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Responsible, organized, and result-oriented

Responsibilities

• Search, recruit, and select qualified seafarers
• Maintain communication with seafarers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate documentation and crew changes
• Build and maintain a database of candidates
• Cooperate with shipowners, clients, and internal departments
• Ensure timely crew planning and compliance with company requirements
