We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our friendly, supportive team!

📅 Schedule: 2/2, 2 nights on, 2 nights off (11 pm — 7 am Kyiv time)

🗣 Language: Excellent written and spoken English

🖥 Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset

📞 Note: This is a NO CALLS position — all support is via chat/email.

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and other support channels
• Provide timely, clear, and friendly responses to customers
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and follow up until resolution
• Collaborate with our good and friendly team to improve processes and customer experience
