Truck Dispatcher

ALL QUESTINS AND CV’S TO TG@ICANLOGISTICS We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our professional team operating across the United States. Our company manages a variety of freight, including Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, Reefer, and Dry Van loads.

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and scheduling loads with drivers and brokers

• Tracking shipments and providing updates on ETA, driver status, and delivery confirmations

• Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and managing driver logs

• Communicating with brokers to negotiate rates, confirm loads, and resolve issues

• Managing insurance documentation, BOLs, and PODs

• Handling oversize and overweight shipments

• Problem-solving and coordinating solutions in case of delays or challenges on the road

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in truck dispatching, a good command of English, and familiarity with US trucking regulations and dispatch software.
