Recruiter (Talent Acquisition, Junior, Middle)

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with initial/extended Engineering recruitment experience, to grow through hands-on practice in leading tech industry with real hiring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other available channels.
• Prepare and send outreach messages to candidates.
• Communicate with candidates at early stages of the hiring process.
• Support recruitment processes: screenings, coordination, feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers (Google Sheets/ATS).
• Assist with basic market research and candidate mapping.
• Participate in improving recruitment and sourcing workflows.

Requirements

• Willing to be a part of Engineering community and networking.
• Initial experience in recruitment/sourcing or completion of recruitment/sourcing courses.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/ATS and structured data.
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility.
• Good communication skills and attention to details.
• English level: B1+.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing.
• Basic understanding of IT or technical roles (or strong motivation to learn).
• Ability to be in Kyiv when needed.
