Job Title: Remote HR Coordinator (Property Management)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Coordinator to support our hiring, onboarding, and employee management processes. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment (job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Track employee performance and attendance
• Support payroll coordination and timesheet tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with employee communications and HR-related inquiries

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in property management or real estate industry
• Knowledge of U.S. hiring practices
• Experience with remote team coordination
