The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company, including drivers, dispatchers, logistics coordinators, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• English fluent.
