American Building Development is a California-based construction company specializing in residential exterior renovation projects, including decks, balconies, siding, roofing, waterproofing systems, dry rot repairs, and structural restoration for residential and multi-family properties. We have a massive pipeline of inbound inquiries and completed Estimates just waiting for their moment to shine. We are looking for a proactiveSales master who knows how to turn a «let us think about it» into a closed contract.

Your Main Mission

This is not cold calling. You will be working with a warm-to-hot database of clients who have already received an official cost estimate from us but, for one reason or another, hit the pause button.

Your job is to get these leads back in the game, uncover their true needs, handle objections, and drive the deals all the way to a signed contract. You are the one who picks up the money left on the table!

What You Will Do:

  • Revive the Database: Actively engage with clients who have pending or unapproved estimates.
  • Sell the Value: Uncover what is holding the client back (price, timeline, doubts) and offer the perfect solutions.
  • Lead Negotiations: Communicate with US-based clients via phone, messengers, and email (our focus is care, expertise, and closing the deal).
  • Maintain CRM: Record every step of the process so the entire deal history is clear and transparent.

You are our perfect candidate if:

  • Your English is high-level: You speak fluently and confidently, can crack a joke, and understand the American mindset. C1/C2 is a must.
  • You are a «closer» (in a good way): You aren’t afraid of the word «no.» You know how to gently yet persistently guide a client toward a purchase.
  • You have Sales experience: Prior experience in US sales (construction, design, furniture, logistics, or IT) is a huge plus.
  • You are self-disciplined: This is a remote role, so we value your ability to stay focused and deliver results without micromanagement.
  • You are ready for the California schedule (PST): Your workday will start in the afternoon/evening of your local time zone.
