Junior Talent Sourcer

At this point, Zelh is looking for an experienced and proactive Sourcer to join our recruitment team and support high-volume hiring needs across key logistics functions. You’ll work in close collaboration with Recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates across multiple geographies, particularly Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods
• Conduct screening conversations to assess candidates' qualifications and match for specific logistics roles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles
• Cultivate and manage relationships with professionals in the logistics and supply chain industry
• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to present top candidates and support the coordination of interview processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
• Keep informed of market trends in logistics and supply chain hiring across the region

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools/platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle high-volume pipelines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with logistics-related roles and terminology is highly desirable

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00—19:00 with 1 hour break
