Bookkeeper, Financial Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Financial Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing payments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of simple accounting principles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting software and general computer applications.
• Detail-oriented, able to organize financial data and understand financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
• Candidate must have a good grasp of the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
• Handle routine financial transactions.
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, and responding to emails.
• Ability to execute and follow-through on multiple tasks.
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties.

Employment type: Full-time — remote.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9:00am — 5:30pm New York time zone;
