Dispatch Operations Manager

We’re a Polish transport company operating across the European Union. We’re looking for an experienced transport professional to lead our dispatch team and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you have relevant experience but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We’ll support you as you learn our internal systems and procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and support the dispatch team, including scheduling, staff development and recruitment.
• Monitor service quality and introduce practical improvements.
• Plan transport operations, coordinate driver and vehicle changes, and make effective use of the fleet.
• Assign work to drivers and monitor working hours and transport progress.
• Maintain transport records, use TMS and 1C, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, vehicle maintenance and management.
• Support driver onboarding and manage related records, leave and working-day settlements.
• Monitor vehicles through Loctracker, prepare GPS reports and contact technical support when needed.

What you’ll bring

• Dispatch experience; international transport experience is necessary to apply.
• Knowledge of drivers' working-time rules, transport regulations, TMS and 1C.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, reliability and experience leading a team.
• Conversational English.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
• Polish is an advantage, along with a willingness to improve it for everyday communication.
