Про вакансію
Concepta builds its own supplement brands and scales them into category leaders in the U.S. — from product and packaging to how they perform on Amazon with a remote-first team of international experts.
We believe the next generation of consumer brands will be more meaningful, more human, and more connected to people’s values. Our mission is to build those brands: products that deliver lasting value, earn trust, and genuinely improve quality of life.
But a brand only works when the product is on the shelf. Every shipment that lands on time is a promise kept to someone who decided to take better care of themselves — and that is where trust in a brand is actually built, one delivery at a time.
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to own inbound logistics from our manufacturers in China and the U.S. to Amazon and 3PL warehouses. Long-term and fully remote, in a team that has run these lanes before and will back you from day one.
What success looks like:
- Our brands never go out of stock on Amazon because of logistics — and never sit on more inventory than they need.
- Stock arrives in waves sized to real sell-through, keeping Amazon storage and fulfillment fees down.
- Expiry-dated products move fast enough that nothing is written off or rejected on shelf life.
- Freight cost per unit falls over time, while transit times stay predictable enough to plan launches against.
- Goods arrive on the planned date, in full, and in the condition they left the factory in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and select delivery methods from China and the U.S. based on readiness dates, volume, cost, and timelines.
- Oversee consolidation and timely dispatch from origin warehouses.
- Create weekly Amazon FBA shipments and coordinate pickup and readiness dates with suppliers together with Procurement.
- Organize domestic U.S. freight (FTL/LTL) from U.S. suppliers to Amazon and 3PL warehouses, working with carriers and freight brokers.
- Run tenders for each shipment, comparing supplier-arranged delivery (DDP) with own freight (FOB/EXW), and advise Procurement on Incoterms.
- Manage forwarder contracts, settlements, invoice validation, and payment requests.
- Handle shipping documentation and customs clearance for international shipments and sample deliveries.
- Manage transfers between 3PL and Amazon warehouses.
- Expand the carrier base and keep rate and transit-time benchmarks current.
- Coordinate receiving at U.S. warehouses and keep in-transit data and ETAs accurate.
- Pursue claims for losses, damages, and shipping errors.
- Prepare cost analyses and report to the Head of Supply Chain, procurement, and finance.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in international logistics on the China-US lane (ocean FCL/LCL, air, courier).
- Experience with U.S. domestic freight (FTL/LTL, freight brokers, BOL).
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP), with the ability to run tenders, compare total landed cost across them, and hold forwarders to agreed terms, invoices, and claims.
- Hands-on experience with expiry-dated goods, and with planning deliveries so stock sells through well inside its shelf life.
- Advanced Amazon FBA experience — including non-standard supply schemes that cut storage and fulfillment fees through just-in-time deliveries and minimal but sufficient stock at the warehouse.
- Solid command of import/export procedures and customs documentation for both the U.S. and China.
- Strong analytical skills and confident Google Sheets.
- English at confident Intermediate+ for daily work with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses.
Additional skills we’d love to see:
- Experience importing FDA-regulated products (supplements): Prior Notice, FDA registration.
- Familiarity with logistics platforms, WMS/ERP, or supply chain software.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, economics.
Working setup:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00—19:00 CET, fully remote.
- Reports to the Head of Marketplaces & Supply Chain.
- Flexibility across two time zones is part of the job: China is already working when your day starts, and U.S. warehouses are still working when it ends.
- 3-month probation period.
- 21 days of paid vacation plus 5 personal days.
What you can expect:
- A competitive salary paid in USD, reviewed on the results you can point to — not on time served.
- Direct interaction with international counterparties from day one.
- A fast-moving team with no layer between you and the people who decide — initiative turns into a shipped decision within days, not quarters.
- Long-term cooperation in a company building its own brands.
How we hire:
- An intro call with our recruiter.
- An interview with the Head of Supply Chain.
- A short test assignment based on a real routing case.
Our products reach people because someone makes sure they get there on time. If this is the work you want to own — apply and we would be glad to meet you.
