I’m a customer success manager and a copywriter with more than five years of experience
in a variety of projects, including healthcare, insurance, ICO, Python programming tutorials, landing
page creation, and promotion. I worked at GFK in 2013 as an interviewer while studying Marketing
at NMU (National Mining University, Dnipro), then I was promoted and got copywriting-related
tasks, which was exciting.

I decided to switch towards copywriting completely in 2015 after I left the market research
position at GFK. I started writing content for Ukrainian, and US web projects (online services,
e-commerce, blogs, etc.) and acted as an English and Spanish translator simultaneously. In May 2018
I joined KeyUA as a copywriter. I focused on content related to sales, and IT; gained some new
link-building, SEO, Email marketing, and content management skills.

In December 2019 I was invited to an Austrian Wellnesshotel that is located in Vienna Alps.
The Hotel is led by a Ukrainian group of investors. Basically, my main task was to help the new
executive director adapt to Austrian business conditions and regulations. The fact that I’m starting
from zero point was acceptable. I’d analyzed the whole tax system, hotel product, tech supply
market, and Austrian audition software to substantiate future improvements. That includes a new
pricing strategy, improved SPA services, and Restaurant. Besides, I’ve succeeded with repair and
redecorating works planning. At this point, the directors’ group decided that my mission was
accomplished.

In June 2020 I joined the EOS DA team as a support manager, as part of a small department,
which eventually grew into the Customer Success department. The main goal was to provide B2B
and B2C clients with support and navigation on the Crop Monitoring platform. A platform is an
online tool, it provides analytical data with satellite imagery on daily basis, connected with
vegetation indices, weather, and on-land team management tools. Niche consists of the agricultural
sector. The support also includes providing a 1-hour demo presentation for new clients. Because of
fact that a lot of clients are located in Southern America, I decided to improve my Spanish skills and
work with these clients directly, which included verbal presentations as well.

As a freelance journalist, I have covered the ongoing conflict in Ukraine extensively for the
Estonian media outlet, Postimees. My reporting for Postimees has focused on the impact of the
conflict on civilians and communities in the region, as well as on the military and political
developments on the ground. Through my coverage, I have provided insight into the complexities of
the conflict and the diverse perspectives of those involved. My articles for Postimees have been

widely read and recognized for their in-depth analysis and attention to detail. My experience
reporting on the war in Ukraine for Postimees has honed my skills in investigative journalism,
research, and reporting.

During this period I volunteered at OSINT for Ukraine: Project Mariupol. As an OSINT
analyst, I contributed to the investigation of war crimes in Ukraine, the Southern direction to be
specific. My work involved analyzing publicly available information from a variety of sources to
identify potential evidence of war crimes and human rights abuses. Through my contributions to the
project, I developed skills in data analysis, research, and open-source intelligence gathering, while
also gaining a deeper understanding of the legal and ethical considerations involved in investigating
war crimes.

I have experience translating NATO handbooks, including an in-depth manual for the
Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle and a Sniper handbook, from English to Ukrainian. My translations
of these technical manuals required an in-depth understanding of military terminology and a high
level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision I collaborated closely with subject
matter experts to ensure that the translated material was not only technically accurate, but also
culturally appropriate and relevant to Ukrainian audiencesю My translations of these handbooks
have been well-received and recognized for their clarity, precision, and accuracy Through my work
translating NATO handbooks, I have developed a deep understanding of military operations and
tactics, as well as an ability to translate complex technical language into clear, accessible Ukrainian.

In September 2022 I joined the Natural Links team as a customer support agent. The
company provides crowd marketing and overall SEO services worldwide. My responsibility included
communicating with clients in English and Ukrainian and managing inner reports. I worked in this
position for 3 months during the probation, however, decided to look further.

In March 2023 I joined Admix Global as an account manager, my responsibilities include
communication with clients via Telegram, email, and video calls. This includes onboarding, customer
support, moderation, upsales, account operations, feedback collection, demo presentations. Also I’m
doing searching for new leads.
