Work experience:
2024, August – presents – Save the Children in Ukraine, South Area Office, position – Partnership Coordinator.

Responsibility – coordinating the communication between all departments of South Area Office with 10 local partners
and new protentional partners, providing regular catch-up meetings with partners, capacity assessment of partners,
negotiation with partners about new projects, activities and budgets, filling the gaps in partners' communication with
program and other departments, coordination in providing consultations and training for partners, controlling the
reporting process, solving problematic issues in cooperations with partners.

2023, September – 2024, August – Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH), Mission in Ukraine, position – Program and
Partnership Officer.

Responsibility – Coordinating with Program Team regular weekly meeting, monthly reporting, providing assistance to
Head of Program, Acting Country Directors on issues related to the program implementation, providing assessment of
local partners, evaluating local organizations’ project proposals, organizing and leading weekly catch-up meetings
between Logistic and Program Teams about Procurement Plan implementation.

2015 – presents - CSO Center of Social Initiatives ATOM, position - executive director
Responsibility – fundraising, reporting, budgeting, projects implementation, communication with partners, donors.
