Data Engineer

Summary of I hold a degree in System Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic (2012-2017) and completed an IT
Qualifications academy course at SoftServe in 2018, specializing in databases. Afterward, I joined SoftServe’s
Zilliant team(2018-2021), where I helped businesses optimize pricing strategies. My
responsibilities involved creating SSIS packages, debugging data loads, publishing Tableau
workbooks, and handling SQL-Salesforce synchronization often assisting the Salesforce team
with declarative tasks such as adding new jobs, banners etc. I was involved in AWS-based
projects, using Matillion as the ETL tool and storing files in S3, with data loading into Redshift
for reporting purposes via Tableau.

Then I joined Conscensia Sparnord team(2021-2024). Where I contributed to the management
and optimization of a large data warehouse with over 1000 ETL pipelines. Our team used
Netezza for storage and DB2 for quick reads and multi-user access, supported by the IBM stack.
I am proficient in using Informatica as the ETL tool, with deep experience in handling large
volumes of transactional data and implementing SCD2 structures to track historical changes. I
leveraged PowerShell to handle in-house engineering tasks like processing files and commands,
which were not feasible or efficient with SQL alone.
My experience involved extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including
developers, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders based in both the US and Europe. I
participated in Agile practices, including scrums, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
