The total net amount of procurement developed with my technical assistance in 2023 – 2025 is about USD 6 million. Equipment worth USD 2 million has already been delivered.

Responsibilities:
Mentorship of manufacturing and engineering companies on a wide range of business issues including building modern systems and processes for sales, exports, marketing, HR, financial management and business expansion abroad, strategic management and planning, operational efficiency, digital transformation etc.
In coordination with Grants Management team worked with manufacturing companies and ERA technical staff to monitor respective companies, grants and technical assistance activities progress and ensure that activities are aligned with the USAID ERA plans and performance indicators.
