I have been in charge of the marketing and PR departments since the beginning of the launch of the brand in Ukraine.

Formed the marketing department from scratch as well. Marketing management includes co-marketing department, PR department, creative and design, smm and digital, as well as a number of external contracting digital agencies to fulfill the company's marketing goals - advertising and creative agencies, influencer marketing agencies, PR agency.

The last phase was the creation of e-commerce project in 2021 including website development, online sales, website operation and communication strategy, digital user acquisition, CRM and customer relations.

The marketing department works in an automated and structural way, through a system for setting and monitoring tasks. The department also works within the framework of annual targets - KPIs - both at the local level and at the global level.

I organized from scratch the representation of OPPO products in the digital resources of partners, including company’s own resources (website, own media (social networks), constant support and updating of partners’ resources.

Run an ongoing global digital advertising campaign to build brand awareness with set campaigns’ KPIs.

Launched and continue to implement local ATL activities - outdoor advertising, advertising in the metro, advertising in the store and in the shopping and entertainment center.

Implemented several digital brand integrations in working with opinion leaders, bloggers, celebrities. Also was responsible for PR operations supervision, goals and KPIs in PR.

Implemented the general sponsorship of the best TV show in Ukraine 2021 - "The Masked Singer", surpassing the planned indicators of coverage and brand exposure.

All above was also defined by designed annual budget by me and agreed with head office and local CEO.

The first year of operation, the brand entered the TOP-5 in the smartphone category. As an achievement – the bigger indicator of the brand awareness level of competitors who started entering the market at about the same time.

Department efficiency: personal one-on-one meetings with each employee with feedback and expectations, a monthly KPI system and motivation to achieve super-goals.
