Summary
I build AI workflows in n8n with OpenAI and Claude APIs and connect them to CRMs
through REST APIs and webhooks. My workflows run in production for real clients, with
error handling, retries and a human approval step where it matters. Before automation I

Built n8n workflows for B2B clients where an LLM classifies incoming replies, the CRM
gets the contact and deal, and the team gets a Slack alert.
AI marks new deals as suggested and the team approves or rejects them before

Built LLM scoring of website visitors from scraped website and LinkedIn data, with
structured output and fallbacks when data is missing.
Added caching, retries with backoff, deduplication and guards for empty data to keep
API costs and errors down.
