I had to obtain the insurance info from the patients, customers of the pharmacy. We had prescriptions that their doctors sent us. I had to introduce myself, the pharmacy and to read the prescription so they could recognize their visit to the doctor. Sometimes it was confusing to them why the doctor sent us their prescription, but I explained to them that this not a retail pharmacy, we make compounds, custom-made medicine and their doctors trying new medicines for them. And then patients recalled that.
Patients had to spell me codes of their insurance info: numbers and alphabets and I had to get them all correct.
Also, there were numerous of cases, where I had to figure out on the go what to do with this particular customer, because the responses were very different from case to case. They could be unavailable, sometimes they needed a bit of support because I was the only one who called them. Also, sometimes there were mistakes in the system made by the other department.

I was involved in small projects developing websites. It was with my friends, I was also studying how to do that. Senior developers were mentoring me and the others. And why it can somehow relate to this position — I studied this field from scratch in English, I’ve read tons of professional articles and there was almost none of them in ukrainian.
