covering lead delivery, intent routing, real-time push events, and multilingual conversation handling.
• Took on 30+ tracked issues across eight delivery cycles, most of them urgent or high-priority bugs that were
blocking the LEON/LUCA launch.
• Fixed broker-facing correctness bugs that hurt trust in the product: call scripts showing the wrong phone
number, lead cards filled with the previous lead's details, and incorrect property-owner names in WhatsApp
messages.
• Stabilized localization for a four-language product (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) by removing
hardcoded strings in the messaging layer and fixing language switching during onboarding.
• Built reporting infrastructure with FastAPI and PostgreSQL, including cost and scraping report endpoints, a
daily scraping-stats cron job, and extra indexes on the property mirror table.
• Reworked the Scout zone-configuration and city-matching logic that brokers use to choose which leads they
receive, including a parsing regression that spanned several environments.
• Wrote unit, integration, and regression tests for high-risk flows and kept branches passing ruff, mypy, and CI
before handing work to QA.
