ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Viktor Kolishko. I am a law student and public policy–oriented human rights advocate building a public
legal brand at the intersection of law, politics, and social change.
My focus: human right, legal theory and philosophy, public policy and legislative development and youth diplomacy.
I work with legal research, legislative analysis, and policy writing to turn complex legal issues into clear public
arguments and concrete proposals for reform.
I see law not as a technical system, but as a tool that defines human dignity, freedom, and the future of society.
Alongside my academic path, I engage in civic and youth initiatives and use public communication to bring legal ideas
into public debate and political decision-making.

The programme provides in-depth training in fundamental legal disciplines and combines strong theoretical education
with practical professional experience. Students acquire comprehensive knowledge of core branches of law, including
constitutional, administrative, civil, criminal, commercial, international and public law.
The curriculum integrates academic learning with professional practice through internships during the 3rd and 4th
years of study in courts (including the Supreme Court), prosecution offices, investigative bodies, legal practice
institutions (advocacy, notary), public authorities, and other legal institutions.
The programme promotes international academic integration through academic mobility, meetings with foreign
scholars and practitioners, and participation in international educational events. Students develop individual
educational pathways by choosing elective courses within the faculty and the university.
The educational process actively involves employers through lectures, professional meetings and joint academic
activities, and supports student self-governance, extracurricular engagement, and cooperation with student and civil
society organisations.
