PROFILE
Project Specialist with 5+ years of experience in working and coordination of cross-functional teams, international
partnerships, and stakeholder communications. Strong in project documentation, risk and timeline management, and public
affairs within military and government contexts. My background also spans across public affairs for a Canadian Armed
Forces task force and interpreting for the US Army — so I move comfortably between technical teams, government
stakeholders, and international partners. Recently completed Defence Tech for Non-Tech Professionals (Beetroot Academy)
and IT Project Managemnt Course (Farionova Shool, 2026) to sharpen market knowledge. Now I am looking to bring proven
delivery and coordination skills to a growing defence tech team. Seeking a Project Coordinator role related to international
partnerships and activities in Ukraine's defence tech sector.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Project Coordinator Feb 2026 – June 2026
ECOTEST Group, Lviv, Ukraine
• Tasked with delivering a dual-use product from manufacturing through to client acceptance on a fixed regulatory
timeline (Challenge); built the project roadmap, breaking down tasks, setting milestones and deadlines and tracking
progress across every department involved (Action)
• Bridged manufacturing, QA and delivery teams, running cross-departmental meetings and resolving bottlenecks and
dependencies in real time (Action) — kept the project on schedule with zero missed milestones (Result)
• Prepared and maintained project documentation: Certificate of Acceptance, Commercial Offer, Declaration of
Conformity, Acceptance Test Program, Training Program, etc.
• Regular communication and updates for project stakeholders: defining plans, preparing briefs, project progress
reports, risk plan updates and tailored messages for project participants
KEY ACHIEVEMENT On-time delivery of 100 dual-use products to the customer's 5 subsidiaries around Ukraine within
contract timelines, including Acceptance Test Program, training and post-delivery support (Result) — ensured
uninterrupted operational readiness for the client across all sites (Impact).
International Cooperation Manager October 2025 – March 2026
ECOTEST Group, Lviv, Ukraine
• Tasked with growing the company's international footprint and cooperation opportunities in the defence sector
(Challenge); built and maintained a network of contacts across international organisations, local authorities,
government bodies and charity funds, and represented the company at external meetings and defence exhibitions
(Action) — expanded the company's visibility and access to international partners and cooperation programmes
(Result/Impact)
• Drafted reports, marketing materials, presentations and briefing documents for management and external parties,
keeping leadership and partners aligned on cooperation progress
• Monitored and analysed EU policy initiatives on defence support and international cooperation, producing written
analyses and briefings that informed leadership's strategic decisions
Marketing Project Coordinator October 2024 – August 2025
Samsung Electronics, London, UK
• Supported marketing campaign delivery across 16 Samsung European subsidiaries with varying reporting requirements
and timelines (Challenge); coordinated stakeholders and briefed each subsidiary on campaign reporting requirements
(Action)
• Audited and tracked subsidiary execution of campaigns across all creative touchpoints, catching and resolving launch
delays before they affected delivery (Action) — campaigns launched on schedule across all 16 subsidiaries, later
adopted into subsidiaries' annual marketing calendars (Result/Impact)
• Prepared post-campaign debrief presentations and supported meetings, minutes and status reporting across all
projects
KEY ACHIEVEMENT Successfully coordinated two marketing campaigns end-to-end that increased revenue for 10
European Samsung subsidiaries; both campaigns were adopted into the subsidiaries' annual marketing calendars.
Commercial Support Consultant July 2022 – October 2024
Samsung Electronics, London, UK
• Samsung's Operations team needed a reliable link between Product Owners and the tech team to keep digital
marketing projects moving without delay (Challenge); provided Digital Marketing Project Support by allocating tasks
from Product Owners to the tech team and tracking progress via Jira (Action) — kept Product Owners continuously
informed on project status, supporting the promotion of new products to new and existing customers (Result)
• Coordinated daily stand-ups across Samsung subsidiaries to flag delays early and forecast project risk, while running
scrum ceremonies and managing the Kanban board (Action) — reduced project delays and kept task progress visible
and on track across all subsidiary teams (Result)
• Partnered with Hiring Managers and the preferred Recruitment Agency to staff open roles: defined person
specifications, shortlisted candidates, arranged interviews, and ran onboarding for new joiners (Action) — delivered a
consistently smooth hiring-to-onboarding pipeline for the team (Result)
KEY ACHIEVEMENT Subsidiaries and vendors lacked access to a secure Samsung platform holding performance data on
past marketing campaigns (Challenge); created a detailed step-by-step guide enabling subsidiaries and vendors to access
and use the platform independently (Action) — opened the platform's findings and data to subsidiaries and vendors for
the first time (Result), driving a significant increase in sales and engagement across the network (Impact).
