• For the current year, together with location JS heads and staffing colleagues we came to the need to expand the number of staffing/processing coordinators in different Ukrainian locations as well as to form their clear structure. This allowed to significantly speed up and structure the staffing, make the staffing processes transparent and understandable for all interested persons.
• Now I drive a team of 5 people/coordinators from different regions of Ukraine. We sync daily, analyze supply and demand all over Ukraine, make forecasts and discuss plans. EPAM Project Description: Developing the Online product streams for the client (all aspects of their eCommerce solution that involve a purchase flow). Responsibilities:
• Every month we have to notify the client via email about the changes like: Monthly Resource Plan Change Report
• Monthly Billing Report JLP and JLV, Rapid Monthly Estimate Report, Monthly Over Time Report
• Before the Billing Report mail to client, admin needs to generate the the whole billing list and check it according to the rate card and time journal of all projects
• Next, initiate an invoice request
• Every week to form the correct billing report and track the working time of each employee, each of them fills in a personal time log in Time Platform and this is also checked by the administrator. Then, at the end of the week, all FTE data are transferred by the administrator to the client's system Clarity
• In order to follow the changes and inform the client about them, it is necessary to monitor the Resource Plan changes on a daily basis
• Which includes: creation of onboarding and offboarding tickets in the client's Jira, as well as control of changes in roles and rates
• Legal justification for such changes: the presence of a contract or a confirmation letter from the JL
• On a daily basis, the administrator correspond by email with representatives of JL on access, technical support and other organizational and technical issues
