• Took on project-lead responsibilities for a vendorized airport-data workflow — owned
planning, QC, and stakeholder communication; oversaw 716 tasks delivering data that supported
~95,000 rides and contributed to a +2% improvement in rider search-conversion.
• Investigated search failures under poor-connection conditions; findings formed the basis of a
shipped product experiment that reduced ‘report missing place’ clicks by 29% and an alternate
