• PPC analytics platform (FastAPI, PostgreSQL): automated data collection from all internal endpoints,
processing and a web interface with calculation tools, scheduled auto-reports and an alerts page. Integrated
alerts into Matrix messenger (e.g. out-of-stock products) so the team reacted without manual checks.
• AI chat analytics: OpenAI API analyzed team chat messages to surface the most frequent requests and
discussion topics, map each request to the relevant department and generate summaries.
• AI-assisted supplier research (1688): automated collection of product data, OpenAI API for translating
Chinese descriptions and generating product summaries, export to Excel for the team. Later moved the data
source to a paid API to keep it reliable at scale.
• Product data tool for account managers: automated collection of full Amazon product cards (title, bullet
points, images, video, ratings, BSR, review count) at a stable 300 products per minute, with a web interface for
managing and reviewing the data.
• Competitor matching service: semantic search on embeddings of titles and bullet points across a database
of top-category Amazon listings.
• n8n lead automation: landing-page leads flow automatically into Google Sheets analytics.
