• Requirements Gathering: Acted as the primary contact for the marketing and PPC teams, analyzing
their daily workflows, defining functional requirements for internal tools and validating delivered
functionality with users.
• PPC Analytics Platform: Gathered requirements from the PPC team and specified automated data
collection from internal systems, calculation tools, scheduled reports and alerts, including Matrix
messenger notifications on out-of-stock products.
• AI Chat Analytics: Defined the logic for OpenAI-based analysis of team chats that surfaced the
most frequent requests and topics, mapped each request to the relevant department and
generated summaries.
• Account Manager Tool: Translated account managers' needs into a product data tool that collected
full Amazon product cards (300 products per minute) with a web interface for daily work.
