Cover Letter for the position of Project Support Officer

Kharkiv, Ukraine | [відкрити контакти](див. вище в блоці «контактна інформація») | [відкрити контакти](див. вище в блоці «контактна інформація»)

I would like to apply for the Project Support Officer position with Triangle Génération Humanitaire in
Kharkiv.
What attracted me to this role is that it combines several areas I have already worked with in humanitarian
organizations: administration, HR support, procurement, logistics and coordination with Finance. At the
same time, it would allow me to continue developing in a broader project support role, which is the direction
I am interested in professionally.
Over the past several years, I have worked with International Medical Corps and the Norwegian Refugee
Council in Kharkiv. My responsibilities were not limited to HR. Alongside recruitment, onboarding, contracts,
leave administration and timesheets, I regularly supported office operations, procurement, accommodation
arrangements, business travel, supplier communication and administrative coordination with different
departments.
At NRC, for example, I worked with purchase orders, office and guesthouse supplies, suppliers, deliveries,
hotel and accommodation arrangements and travel documentation. I also supported the relocation of the
Kharkiv office and worked closely with Finance, Logistics and Area Management on day-to-day operational
issues.
At International Medical Corps, I supported the growth of the Kharkiv office from a small team of around 11
employees to more than 65 staff. This required not only strong HR coordination but also flexibility, attention
to documentation and the ability to respond quickly when priorities changed. I was also involved in office
administration, accommodation arrangements, procurement and office relocation.
I enjoy roles where I can see how different support functions connect and help a team work effectively. I am
comfortable coordinating with colleagues, suppliers and external partners, following procedures and keeping
track of several tasks at the same time.
I believe my experience in international humanitarian organizations in Kharkiv would allow me to contribute
to TGH from the beginning, while also giving me the opportunity to continue growing in project and
operational support.
Thank you for considering my application. I would be glad to discuss my experience and motivation in more
detail.
Kind regards,
Maria Bondarenko
