Ukraine's first distribution platform for independent artists and labels.
• Lead product and technical development of internal tools across the business, using an AI-assisted
workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit).
• Built a mobile-first, full-stack studio operations PWA (React 18, TypeScript strict mode, Zustand, Tailwind
CSS, Vite, Supabase): 16 screens and about 11k lines of TypeScript covering a room-booking calendar,
orders and payments, expenses, loans, and a forecasting calculator.
• Designed a Supabase PostgreSQL data model of 17 tables with 37 row-level security (RLS) policies across
four user roles; automated revenue splitting in database triggers enforced by a check constraint.
• Implemented cash-basis financial reporting (monthly running balance, per-service and per-executor
breakdowns) with automatic reconciliation checks and UAH/USD conversion via the National Bank of
Ukraine exchange-rate API.
• Added real-time updates with Supabase Realtime, signed-URL contract storage, and drag-and-drop
catalog ordering (dnd-kit) with optimistic UI updates.
• Architected a Telegram support bot ecosystem from scratch: a stateless channel adapter plus a hub that
owns escalation state.
