EXPERIENCE
UX/UI DESIGNER

User Research & Strategy: Conducted secondary research and in-depth interviews, synthesizing
hypotheses into user personas and user stories.
UX & Interaction Design: Mapped user flows and wireflows, performed heuristic evaluations to
resolve usability issues, and built clickable prototypes.
Visual & UI Systems: Built visual design systems by defining typography, colour palettes, layout grids,
and complete UI kits.
Responsive Design: Designed adaptive layouts optimized for easy experiences across desktop and
mobile devices.
Presentation & Case Studies: Presented design choices through visual slides and created Behance
case studies.

PORTFOLIO
Espaniel, Spanish learning app – This project combines intuitive UX with a vibrant visual identity
designed specifically for Spanish learners. Through secondary research and competitor analysis, I
identified user needs and introduced these features: regional accent selection during onboarding,
specialized dialect courses, and flexible filtering for text and video content by duration, level, and topic.
To ensure smooth navigation, I combined market-standard UI patterns with colourful illustrations to
create a clean and playful aesthetic.

Glance, Reference Storing Platform – Along with secondary research, I conducted two in-depth
interviews to understand better the needs of creatives using reference platforms for work and/or study.
Key solutions include an advanced filtering system (category, style, colour, typography, and
web/mobile) for targeted searches, an AI-content toggle for feed control, and text-searchable labels for
saved projects for easy asset retrieval.

Sanmao, Biography website – Dedicated to Taiwanese writer Sanmao (born Chen Mao-ping), this
website serves as a companion to her life and work. The platform pairs a deep dive into her biography
with historical context on Western Sahara—split into Biography and Context tabs—which inspired her
famous travelogue, ‘Stories of the Sahara’. To match the interface with her literary tone, I selected
textured photography to establish a resonant visual identity.
