Master’s graduate in Management, specialising in Project Management, with honors, and a bachelor’s graduate in
Systems Analysis. Developed a mobile application project plan as part of a master’s thesis, covering work breakdown,
responsibilities, scheduling, financial modelling and risk management. Seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator /
Junior Project Manager role to apply this preparation in a team environment.

Culture Guide | Master’s Thesis | 2025
“Project Management of Mobile Application Development: Culture Guide.” Project planning for a digital service for
discovering cultural events.
- Analysed the competitive landscape and target audience needs; defined the product concept and SMART objectives.
- Prepared a stakeholder register and map, WBS and OBS structures, and a RACI responsibility matrix.
- Built a schedule, Gantt chart and network model in Microsoft Project; identified task dependencies and the critical
path.
- Justified an Agile/Scrum approach and planned five project lifecycle phases.
- Developed a forecast financial model and compared three funding scenarios using NPV, IRR, PI and discounted
payback period.
- Conducted qualitative and quantitative risk assessment; prepared risk rankings and a response plan.
Outcome: an integrated implementation plan and economic feasibility assessment produced within the master’s
research.
