FEATURED PROJECTS
SignBridge - Real-time sign language recognition tool (GitHub link)
• Trained BiLSTM/Transformer models on hand-landmark sequences (PyTorch) and deployed the model for real-time, on-device
inference in the browser via ONNX Runtime Web, works locally.
• Fixed a model that was performing close to random by normalizing hand coordinates, improving sequence handling, and adding
class-weighted loss. Increased Top-1 accuracy from ~4% to 36% (Top-5: 69%) on a 100-word vocabulary.
• Used the hand landmark processing in Python and TypeScript to keep training and inference consistent. Built a live camera demo
with React, MediaPipe, and ONNX Runtime Web, published on Hugging Face Spaces.
Trexia - Personal Finance iOS App (App Store link)
• Designed and published a native iOS personal finance app on the App Store.
• Built secure Monobank API integration for transaction sync, with local-only data storage and biometric authentication.
• Implemented core features: transaction categorization, budget limits, financial goal tracking, spending charts, monthly reports,
and data export.
Django Real-Time Messenger
• Built a full-stack real-time messaging platform, implementing WebSocket-based instant messaging via Django Channels and
Redis for notifications.
• Designed a backend with Django REST Framework and JWT authentication, backed by PostgreSQL.
• Implemented the full stack with Docker Compose into a containerized environment.
Cloud Infrastructure Automation
• Architected multi-VM infrastructure on Microsoft Azure with secure network segmentation between application and database.
• Automated full configuration management with Ansible and Jinja2 templates.
• Implemented and deployed a multi-service stack - a .NET application, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, and MinIO object storage.
Ceneo Web Scraper
• Built a Python-based web scraper to extract and analyze product reviews from Ceneo.pl, a Polish e-commerce review platform.
• Parsed and structured the scraped review data for analysis.
