Delivery management
• Led delivery for two development + QA teams (~10 people each), from intake of business and client
requests to release and adoption by end users.
• Acted as the single point of coordination between engineering, support, sales and business
stakeholders; aligned sales commitments to clients with real team capacity.
• Planned sprints, milestones and releases in Jira; owned backlog prioritization across teams and balanced
feature work, technical debt and support load.
• Identified risks, blockers and cross-team dependencies early; agreed API contracts and mocks so teams
could work in parallel instead of blocking each other.
• Communicated with European clients on regular calls (1–2 times a week): requirements, expectations,
demos, status updates and change requests.
• Coordinated incident response after releases: fix or rollback decisions, regular status updates to support
and sales, blameless post-mortems.
• Prepared status reports and maintained Confluence documentation: requirements, release notes, meeting
notes and process descriptions.
Process improvement
• Introduced a Definition of Ready and a standard task template (problem, user, expected result,
acceptance criteria), reducing tasks returned from QA and mid-sprint clarifications.
• Built a support triage process: three priority levels with clear criteria, daily triage with the support lead
and dedicated capacity for critical issues, which made sprints predictable and gave support transparent
statuses.
• Set up a rule that client dates are confirmed with delivery before sales commits to them, removing most
last-minute scope conflicts.
• Introduced AI tools into daily work for drafting specs, acceptance criteria, test cases and documentation,
cutting preparation time for tasks.

• Facilitated Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives, and turned
retro outcomes into concrete process changes.
Technical contribution
• Designed and built a licensing microservice in NestJS (license management, validation, tenant- and
role-based access) on PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Delivered an embeddable client-side widget and scalable Vue 3 / TypeScript modules: complex forms,

• Drove migration of legacy UI to a shared internal component library and unified table architecture; took
