The Distribution of MetLife Ukraine consists of the Independent Agency, the Career Agency (all individual distribution), as well as Bancassurance, Employee benefit and Direct to Consumer distribution channels.
The CDO's responsibilities, listed in the previous position's description, have been extended to cover the Bancassurance, Employee benefit and Direct to Consumer distribution channels.
Targets for Distribution include further growth of all sales and profitability. Currently undisputed leader in both production and profitability in Ukraine, MetLife Distribution will keep on increasing the breakaway from the competitors.
