Working in US mortgage where risk team review the borrowers credit worthiness and ability to pay the loan and nally approves the
loan. All this happen on the basis of a legal document called Deed of Trust which consist of loan clauses such as interest rates, principal
payment etc. It's when the mortgage is completely paid o my process comes into picture.
I reconcile the paid balances and after con rming that all the outstanding has been paid, I release the loan from my system. I update
the recording information in the system and cancel the mortgage and pay the fee to the county.
Responsible for researching and following-up on missing les and ensuring documents met all county and regulatory language and
formatting.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify and solve a variety of loan release problems.
