From 2015 till 2021 was involved in project implementation on position of project coordinator funded by UN Agency. The project aimed to provide free access of suffered of domestic violence to psychosocial service through operating National GBV Hotline 24/7;

- ensuring organizational management of the hotline staff (15 persons);
- responsible for timely realization of all project activities;
-communication with donors, partners, stakeholders;
- preparing progress reports on results of activities in Atlas system;
-preparing statistical reports on results of Hotline operation per month;
- taking participation in project budgeting;
- taking participation in meetings, events and expert groups etc. on issues of GBV problematic;
- controlling/carrying out executive assignments; - involving to strategic sessions of organization etc;
-involving in HR processes in organization (recruitment, selection process, job interview);
-providing crisis counselling on National GBV Hotline.
From 2018 till 2019 also performed the duties of personal assistant to president of organization.
