I am hardworking and take responsibilities seriously. At work I demonstrate attention to detail as well as the need for a specialist to give honest opinions.

I have experience in the fashion industry as well as consumer electronics repair.
In my new life in the UK, I would like to gain knowledge and skills in areas such as IT, Human Resources, Photography and Design

UK Experience:

January 2023 to Present: TMT First, the Samsung phone service centre, based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. I am responsible for carrying out diagnostic tests on high value mobile phones to determine the options for either repair or scrapping. I carry out tests using a selection of conditional scripts, reporting results on an interactive system and by email. .
