▪ Deployed and supported the streaming platform of a large telecommunications company serving 10M+ streams: 3 private
datacenters, 200+ bare-metal Proxmox servers and 77 Ansible roles, multiple Kubernetes clusters, high-availability
blue/green deployments with datacenter failover.
▪ Designed and operate multi-account AWS infrastructure - 6 accounts, 4 regions, 40 Terraform stacks - fully in
Terraform/Terraspace with no manual provisioning steps; cross-account and cross-region network.
▪ Introduced GitOps as the single delivery model (ArgoCD, 115 applications, 58 ApplicationSets) and developed a
standardized versioned universal Helm chart adopted by 28 services, reducing service onboarding to a values-file change.

node pools and GPU instance selection; cut production cost by ~30% through node-pool tuning, scheduled start/stop of
