16 hrs shift, 3 days in a row, then - 3 days off.
12 hrs shift would be better with this much work to do, however, the skills of professional client support communication, training of soft skills, and politeness that allow you to hold a client on the line as long as you search any necessary information to raise interest and respond to any question whatsoever - they came very useful.
