I was teaching basic subjects related to aircraft maintenance - physics, electricity, materials, tools for
maintenance, maintenance regulations and publications, maintenance operations. My students were
16-20 years old with different level of English so I had to find different ways to explain difficult material
in an easy way. The duration of the course was two years and at the end my students could explain in
English basic airplane structure, how engine works, how to use different tools, etc.

Our students were 3-12 years old. There were different levels. They youngest who were beginners were
playing games and having different activities helping to start learning English. With older kids we were
learning phonics, grammar, more difficult vocabulary. My main goal was to let children speak as it's the
hardest part in learning foreign language and was spending a lot of time during our classes letting every
student to practice their speaking. At at the end all of them had very good results.

Mostly we were playing games with them and through this were giving them some new English words.

it was passed to us and we were working with it. We were booking tickets, changing dates, canceling

already training new agents and and became senior agent. I learned how to solve very difficult cases,
communicate with airlines and work in conditions when immediate action was required.
