- Creating of development strategy in the department in collaboration with Product Team and according to business needs.
- Working on strategic planning, high-level organization, and coordination of internal processes.

- Working with wages and salary reports of the department.
- Taking part in budgets planning for the department.
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams in order to improve the product.
