We are looking for a highly motivated HR manager to join our team to oversee key aspects of our HR practices and processes excluding personnel records keeping. Acumen International is a global provider of Global Employment Outsourcing / Global Employer of Record / International PEO services. To us, HR manager is a professional with hands-on experience in all areas of employee experience EE management. It is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, policies and procedures elaboration and implementation, monitoring employee relations, expert support and coordination of performance management system introduction, training & development and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR part-time

  • Manage recruiting, testing, interviewing and selecting excellent staff
  • Maintain smooth onboarding processes
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support and develop employer brand
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Assess training & development needs to apply and coordinate corporate training programs
  • Compensation and benefits practices knowledge and implementation experience
  • Timesheets administration and analyses to make team work more effectively
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Contribute into the new company products design as an HR subject matter expert

Key Skills required:

  • Proven working experience as HR manager/HR business partner in a multinational medium-sized businesses
  • Extensive experience in sourcing, candidates search and selection
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluent English is a must as its company’s working language
