Hello. I am looking for new challenges for myself, complex and interesting work at the same time. Over the past years of entrepreneurship, I have accumulated a big bunch of knowledge in business management, sales and marketing. To be a good sales you need to have cool communication skills, so I had no chance not to develop them and know how to teach others. I know how to hear people and understand their true needs and motives.
I am a team player. In my work, I try to rely on facts and data from various sources. Relying on luck is not my approach.
From the team I always demand a working approach to business. Outside the office, we can be best friends, but during work hours, we need to be focused on our goals first.
I am a quick learner and always ready to devote the necessary time to any task.
Also I have an understanding of the process of developing IT products. Every day I spend not less than 3-4 hours learning different crypto aspects. I believe that the future of the financial industry lies in crypto and blockchain, and I would like to work in projects related to them.
