Customer support representative

An international company searches for the customer support assistant for the several sites with the fluent English.

Requirements:

1. Advanced, fluent or Upper-intermediate level of English knowledge

2. Reliable, serious, hard-working, attentive person

3. Sociability, friendly attitude with clients and colleges

4. Ability to work in a team.

5. Diligence, fast learning.

6. Without bad habits.

7. Aimed for a long time cooperation.

8. The PC or laptop with the fast Internet connection.

Working conditions:

• Full social package, official employment, salary is paid once a month with no delays.
• Schedule is flexible, 4 working days a week, day, evening, night shifts (not optional).
• The first internship month is paid, the salary is constantly growing.

Responsibilities:

Conducting business correspondence with clients in English, communication with partners, clarification of information about the services of the site, consulting clients, communication with clients via email, skype, phone, maintaining social media pages and filling them with content
