Опис вакансії

About Us:

We are an IoT product development company specializing in software development in America and Canada. Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join us.

Responsibilities:

  • Incoming Requests: Efficiently handle and respond to incoming customer support requests.
  • Client Calls: Engage in calls with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Service Cancellations: Process and manage requests related to service cancellations.
  • Ongoing Duties: Perform various ongoing customer support tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support roles.
  • Language Skills: Good proficiency in English.

Conditions:

  • Hourly Rate:
  • $3 per hour for the first month.
  • $3.5 per hour for the next 3 months.
  • $4 per hour after 3 months.
  • Work Arrangement: Remote work opportunity.
  • Work Schedule: 22:00 — 08:00 and 16:00 — 2:00 Kyiv time.
