Customer Support Specialist (Spanish, Evening Shift, Sat–Wed)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Spanish, Evening Shift, Sat-Wed).

Requirements:

• Spanish Strong С1 level (at least writing)
• English Strong B2 level (at least writing)
• Ukrainian С1 level
• Confident use of Google tools
• Good communication skills
• Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
• Client-based mentality
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge

Would be a plus:

• Experience in client support
• Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with any product related questions
• Closing tickets in one touch
• Record-keeping
• Team interaction
