Reality Headquarters is seeking exceptional individuals to participate in a selective paid development program leading to appointment as a Curator.
This is not a traditional HR, sales, recruiting, or administrative position. We are looking for people who naturally recognize talent, build meaningful relationships, and identify opportunities that others overlook.
Successful candidates will complete a structured paid Selection Program designed to prepare them to represent Reality Headquarters as Curators.
About the Selection Program
The Selection Program combines professional training with real-world experience. Throughout the program, candidates receive coaching, mentorship, and practical assignments while being evaluated for appointment as a Curator.
The program includes:
- Personal interviews
- Practical exercises
- Observation assignments
- Professional mentorship
- Performance evaluations
- Relationship development training
Successful completion of the Selection Program is required before appointment as a Curator.
Responsibilities
During the Selection Program
You will:
- Interview and evaluate candidates.
- Identify individuals with exceptional potential.
- Build professional relationships with candidates and professionals.
- Attend conferences, business meetings, and networking events.
- Observe interpersonal skills and professional qualities.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Learn the Reality Headquarters relationship development methodology.
After Appointment as a Curator
You will:
- Identify exceptional people with high potential.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Attend conferences, business meetings, and networking events.
- Recognize opportunities for collaboration.
- Introduce the right people at the right time.
- Represent Reality Headquarters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Proficient in English and able to communicate confidently in a professional environment.
- Comfortable communicating in Ukrainian or Russian while building relationships throughout Ukraine.
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Emotionally intelligent.
- Curious, observant, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people.
- Honest, discreet, and dependable.
- Eager to learn through coaching and real-world experience.
Previous recruiting, HR, or sales experience is not required.
University students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
During the Selection Program
- ₴25,000 gross per month training stipend.
After Appointment as a Curator
Curators are compensated based on performance.
Compensation includes:
- ₴4,500 gross for each qualified individual successfully enrolled into the Reality Headquarters network.
- Performance bonuses.
- Success fees for qualified introductions.
- Advancement opportunities within Reality Headquarters.
Curators who meet expected monthly enrollment goals typically earn ₴60,000−80,000 gross per month.
High-performing Curators regularly earn ₴100,000+ gross per month.
Work Schedule
During the Selection Program
The Selection Program is designed to accommodate candidates who are working full-time or attending university.
- Approximately 15−25 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability.
- Most interviews, coaching sessions, and assignments are scheduled during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
- Attendance at selected networking events, conferences, and business meetings is required as scheduled.
- Candidates are expected to complete assignments independently between scheduled activities.
After Appointment as a Curator
The Curator role offers significant flexibility.
Many Curators maintain full-time employment, operate their own businesses, or attend university while participating.
Curators are expected to:
- Schedule meetings independently.
- Attend networking events and conferences as opportunities arise.
- Maintain regular communication with Reality Headquarters.
- Meet monthly performance objectives.
There are no traditional office hours after appointment. Performance is measured by results, professionalism, and the quality of relationships developed—not by time spent in the office.
Engagement Structure
Curators work as independent professionals rather than traditional employees.
This structure offers:
- Flexible scheduling.
- The ability to maintain another job or attend university.
- Greater independence and autonomy.
- Performance-based compensation.
Many Curators choose to work as registered individual entrepreneurs (FOPs) under Ukraine’s simplified tax system, which may provide a more favorable tax structure than traditional employment, depending on their individual circumstances. Candidates are responsible for selecting the arrangement that best suits their needs and complying with applicable tax requirements.
