    Опис вакансії

    We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our recruitment agency and play a key role in both talent acquisition and business growth.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, improving recruitment processes, and contributing to the long-term success of a growing agency. When recruitment activity is lower, you’ll focus on business development and identifying new opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Improve and streamline recruitment processes and workflows.
    • Collaborate with the agency owner to develop recruitment strategies and business goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities during periods of lower recruitment activity.
    • Stay informed about recruitment trends and market developments.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
    • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken).
